IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!

The Secretary of the State has informed us that pursuant to Notary Public Education Regulation §20800.5(c), Proof of Completion shall not be provided to any student who fails to attend the entire SIX HOURS of instruction. Therefore, if you arrive late to class or return late from breaks, we will be unable to provide you with Proof of Completion for this class and you will have to retake the course.

NOTARY PUBLIC EDUCATION REGULATION §20800.5(c): "If a notary public applicant or notary public fails to be present during any portion of an approved course of study, the approved vendor shall not issue a proof of completion to the notary public applicant or notary public, and the notary public applicant or notary public shall not receive credit for the time in which he or she was present."

LATE ARRIVERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE CLASS AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE!
